Refund and Cancellation Policy

At 5 and Above, we strive to provide high-quality remote consultancy services to support small businesses in compliance, operations, and efficiency. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure transparency.

1. Service Cancellation Policy

One-Off Consultancy Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start time will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
If we are unable to deliver a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

Monthly Retainer or Subscription-Based Services

Clients can cancel their monthly subscription with a 30-day notice via email to steve@5above.co.uk.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the monthly billing cycle.
If a service is terminated by us due to non-payment or policy violations, no refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for completed services where consultancy or advisory work has already been provided.
If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us at steve@5above.co.uk within 7 days of service completion. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue services where necessary. If a prepaid service is affected, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
